One of the most common things we hear from Educators who complete their LSCI Certification is that they wish they had had LSCI training as a part of their undergraduate Education and Teacher Training courses.

I wish I had this training before I started teaching. It has made me aware of changes that are needed in the education system and how we need to spend more time with students following an incident, not only so that behaviors improve, but also so that relationships improve. This would be instrumental in improving the teacher-student relationship if we had follow through instead of the current day-by-day building of frustration from both teachers and students.
