Natalie Francq & Wim Hanssens, LSCI Trainers from Belgium, submitted this update:
This week, 26 enthusiastic professionals in Leuven, Belgium obtained their LSCI certification after five intensive training days. A team of administrators, teachers, psychologists, coaches and idealists studied the methodology and practiced their skills in supporting children and young people.
The reactions of the participants were extremely encouraging and some were quite funny:
· An enrichment for your practice and as a human being
· I encourage my husband to follow this. Self added value for our relationship
· If these trainers were ‘Jesus’, I would once again become a supporter of Christianity.
· Immediately applicable in your practice
· Should be part of all teacher training.
This year, 150 professionals in Leuven have been trained the advanced skills of LSCI. Enrollments for the September training have also begun!
