If you are have had to cancel or postpone a live training event due to COVID-19:
Kelly Macon, a Master Trainer based in Alaska, just completed a training through Google Meets. While live training will always be our standard and primary way of delivering certification training, she found very creative ways to meet the needs of a school that was eager to proceed with training. Both Google Meets and Zoom allow for free accounts and “breakout rooms” that pairs can use to practice role plays and interact in real time. The evaluations from her training were over-the-top appreciative of her creativity, her flexibility, her personalization of the learning, her organization, and more! Kelly is open to sharing what she did to make it work, for any who are interested in providing this spectacular customer service.
