LSCI is thriving in Belgium! 
This week, two of our Senior Trainers had the opportunity to speak in two schools to 140 professionals about the value of LSCI. Natalie Francq & Wim Hanssens describe the event:
At the beginning of the day there was a lot of resistance:
*Why question our sanctions policy?
*We have been doing this for years and it works.
*[A student] who does not want to cooperate clearly does not belong in our school.
After the day of reflection and discussion [on alternate ways to reach out to young people], we said goodbye to professionals with open minds, positive attitudes and a strong motivation to build a school culture in which the well-being of young people and employees can be the yardstick. Great!
